Enterprise Job Analytics
Unicore Health's Enterprise Job Analytics (EJA) software delivers automation for an Employer to evaluate their enterprise jobs portfolio, providing the ability to identify and manage jobs inventories, customize job functional requirements, safety information and training programs. The Employer may also analyze and store accommodation and assisted work technologies associated with the job, and track and measure federal compliance.
The underlying technology that drives this automation is made possible through the Pro-Active Job Analytics tool (PRO-JA) which is used to establish an enterprise-wide job management system. The application provides customized employer job requirements as well as national economy and Department of Labor data, EEO1 classifications, ergonomic measurements, and essential job function performance videos to support a customized job-to-employee scoring system.
The application is further enhanced through the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) system which is used to identify job-task hazards and recommendations to improve safety initiatives. Combined, the PRO-JA and the JSA enable employers to use the Enterprise Job Analytics application to achieve the following benefits:
